Safety Kids Calendar Contest

The Wood County Prosecutor’s Annual Safety Kids Calendar Contest strives to promote safety for children. Wood County students in grades 5, 6, 7 and 8 are eligible to compete in the contest. The calendar is comprised of drawings illustrating six trending and important safety topics. Each year the calendars are published and distributed to all schools, libraries, county agencies, and police departments in Wood County. The contest takes place annually in the fall and contest winners are then honored in a ceremony at the Wood County Courthouse.
